The full-size images for all photos on the current album page are being displayed at the same time. Facebook Fixer can also load thumbnails for all photos in an album - if that is done first then showing full-sized images like these would result in the entire album being displayed.
Facebook Fixer is a free script for Greasemonkey (a Firefox extension) that customises and adds new features to Facebook.
